Loch Fleet

Loch Fleet is a large tidal basin with sand dunes, coastal heath and pinewoods. The pine woodland supports species such as Scottish crossbill, crested tit and pine marten. Orchids and butterflies thrive in the heathland.

Access is frm any of the car parks along road to Littleferry - Directions
The reserve is located east of the main A9 road in Sutherland between Dornoch and Golspie. As you enter Golspie turn right onto the golf course road to Littleferry. There are two car parks at littleferry and two smaller car parks before this. - Restrictions
There are many woodland and coastal walks at this reserve, and 4 car parks
