Glen Nevis junior Rangers are based in Glen Nevis, near Fort William. If you would like to join in the fun, contact us here.
In the first half of 2010, Glen Nevis Junior Rangers were out and about in the glen, exploring, looking for signs of animals, learning about thier ancestors, and drinking hot chocolate! They also found time to work towards thier John Muir Award, which they recieved in June! Well Done!
Glen Nevis Junior Rangers is open to children aged 5-12, although those under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Booking for all events is essential and group membership of the Scottish Wildlife Trust's Wildlife Watch is included in the cost, £3, allowing children to work on the Starlet and Gold Awards. We will also be working on the John Muir Awards.
