Help yourself today - join a Conservation Team!
The Scottish Wildlife Trust offers eligible unemployed people free work experience and training in countryside construction and woodland skills.
The work and locations are varied, the work experience is real, the training on offer leads to recognised qualifications, and transport to and from worksites is supplied as well as protective clothing, tools and equipment.
All of this is provided by our Conservation Teams, who are based throughout the Central Belt, Tayside, Dumfries & Galloway, Scottish Borders and beyond.
You can join us via the New Deal programme if you meet Jobcentre Plus' criteria (normally at least 6 months unemployed), or you can simply volunteer if you're not eligible to join us on New Deal.
Have a glance at Devna's, Caoimhe's, Martin's and Julia's personal stories and see how beneficial and enjoyable being part of our teams can be!
Have you read enough and are you ready to join? Then please complete our application form.
