Governance

Founded in 1964, the Scottish Wildlife Trust is a membership organisation governed by a Council of Trustees who are elected by members.

Each year Council reports to the members at the AGM. Trustees are elected at either the AGM or by postal voting in accordance with the rules laid down in the Articles of Association.
